What is the MOQ for custom orders?

Usually, our MOQ for custom colors is 500-1000 pcs per color. For custom molds (new shapes), it depends on the product size, generally starting from 1000-3000 pcs. Please contact us for a specific quote.

How much does a new mold cost?

Mold costs vary based on complexity and size. A simple silicone mold can range from $500 to $2000. We offer a Refund Policy: if your cumulative order quantity reaches a certain amount, the mold fee will be 100% refunded.

How long does it take to get a sample?

For existing products with custom logos, it takes 3-5 days. For new custom molds, the drawing takes 2 days, mold opening takes 7-10 days, and sampling takes 2 days. Total around 10-15 days.

Do you provide DDP shipping?

Yes, we have experienced forwarders who can provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping by sea, air, or rail. We handle customs clearance and duties, so you just receive the goods at your warehouse.
